Listening to the Grateful Dead as I type this, and just really, really glad that the world has music in it.

Today I deactivated my Instagram and Threads, next is Facebook. Sometimes we don’t realize what addiction is until it shows us who it is. It was a great run, and I tried my best – but now it’s time for other things.

Like blogs, creativity, and remembering that touching grass is really good for my overall wellness.

More soon – it’s time for me to hang some more clothes on the line. Today they will dry fast as it is powerfully warm outside.
